Dr. Keough Williams Fun Facts: Dr. K is holistic in her approach to therapy and life, meaning she believes in treating the whole person (mind and body). She too tries to live a healthy lifestyle through regular exercise, yoga, health eating, and she's even been trained in Reiki. Being a professional, she uses the same coping skills she teaches others to stay grounded and balanced.
Dr. K also thinks it is important to incorporate fun and calming self-care activities into your daily life and tries to do so through reading, painting/drawing, puzzles, playing with her dog, exercise, and writing. She encourages people to find a balance in their life and address all areas. If one area of life is not addressed the others may become negatively affected.

As a fellow human being, I understand how hard life can be at times. My goal is to help people achieve their goals, learn something new, and overall just be happier. I look forward to going on this journey with you and guiding you in the direction you want to go. I will help you in any way I can but believe that- You Are the Architect of Your Destiny.
